Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy with free return shipping and no restocking fees, subject to the conditions below.

How to Request a Return

  • Return requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A clear packet opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all return or refund requests. Without a valid packet opening video, the return/refund request will not be accepted.
  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

  • After approval, send the item to:
    12A/39, 3rd Floor, Saraswati Marg, WEA, Karol Bagh, Delhi, 110005.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a clear packet opening/unboxing video. Without the video, the return or refund request will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you don’t receive your refund within 14 business days, contact us at theindianhand@gmail.com.

Important Note

A packet opening/unboxing video is compulsory for all return and refund claims. No return or refund will be processed without a valid packet opening video.
